of mechanical parts such as rollers, heads and dies on obsolete profiling

the process leading to a general restructuring of a machine or of an entire plant
in poor condition, in order to return it to the initial state of health, so to lengthen
its life of fifteen or twenty years.
For revamping it is firstly necessary to disassemble and check existing installations.
The parts are then maintained to bring them to a level of performance as close as
possible to the new product. VMC performs several REVAMPING for profiling machines
and systems, reels and unwinding reels, knowing the parts of those
machines that need more attention being subject to faster wear.
VMC Technology thanks to the knowledge gained over the years in the industry and
the well-equipped workshop at its disposal, is able to meet the needs of the customer
who will manage a "new equipment" to be used at full capacity in its production
process.
